Yes. Unlike traditional gummies made with animal gelatin, herCo. Spark is formulated with a 100% plant-based, pectin-rich fruit base. It's completely vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and crafted with natural berry flavours.
Does herCo. Spark contain sugar?
Spark is designed as a mindful, guilt-free daily ritual. While it uses a minimal amount of clean fruit carbohydrates to achieve its delicious texture and stability, it is formulated without high-fructose corn syrups or intense artificial sweeteners. It is a true "functional treat".
Can I take herCo. products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a premium, functional product formulated under Australian food standards, herCo. Spark contains active doses of trace minerals (like Iodine, Selenium, and Zinc) designed explicitly for the metabolic and physiological needs of adult women. Because pregnancy significantly alters your baseline nutrient requirements, we always advise expecting mothers or individuals under 15 to only use Spark under direct medical or dietetic supervision to ensure it complements their specific prenatal care plan.
How often can I take herCo. products?

Can I take Spark alongside my morning coffee or prescription medication?
